What we’ve been up to
CONSTRUCTION
Optiv8 lead our analysis during our finance transformation programme in 2021/22 eliciting detailed requirements for our suite of web applications. After seeing those through to end user testing and sign off they designed and delivered comprehensive training packages to aid system roll out, including live training sessions, interactive videos and other learning material. I’d work with them again in a heartbeat.
PUBLIC SECTOR
Without Joanne, it is really true to say, the
implementation of our online booking process would never have happened, she took on the task, looked at the details, dotted every ‘I’ and crossed every ‘T’. She identified the right colleagues we needed to work with and drove that forward to success. Joanne is skilled at supporting people, encouraging them to have confidence, giving them the tools, they need to complete tasks and appreciating their contribution. She faces every challenge with a can-do attitude, even when there was a lot of change and the team found it nerve wracking – she totally got it and supported the team through it giving them more confidence to do their best. Joanne’s forward planning and organisational skills are second to none, if I could bottle those skills and sell them on, I would make a fortune!
EDUCATION
